I beg to differ, lg. There is MORE than fancy here - it's glorious! That header shot is just stupendous. Love it! We got 4" yesterday and a ton of wind. I wasn't able to get out and really check out the woods, but now I won't have to because you've done it so beautifully :)
ReplyDeleteOh Talon! That shot on the header is from LAST WINTER! (Sorry!!) We have no snow here and it was...wishful thinking on my part!! The photos of the trees are from yesterday, however. We (thus far) have had a largely snow-less winter!! Sounds like you are having FUN!!

ReplyDeleteMy "neck of the woods..." Good one Lynn. I have noticed that there was a slight bit of snow in the hollow in those pics but it is now all washed away. Sat. (here) it is 50 and raining heavily. The ski hills and tourism industry associated with them have all taken a HUGE hit this year (based on the comparison between the header photo, taken, last year...that was what our weather WAS like the previous two winters!) It is reaching near 50 and raining throughout this week! Amazing! I think that we are possibly escaping winter altogether, here.
