ReplyDeleteLynn~ I thought of you on my way to take the shots! It was very windy up on the Blue Ridge today...but they had it open as all the thick ice has melted. I was tickled pink to be up there but also icy white because of the fierce wind. I had to brace myself against the car to take pics! Love ya!

ReplyDeleteTalon~ Yes,the High Country comes with distinct advantages. It was virtually almost cut off with a dangerous 2 lane road up into here until about 20 years ago. Now it is more accessible although we do not have an airport.
